Stop Watch Media motion branding
This project investigates motion as structure rather than ornament. Using the stopwatch as a conceptual anchor, I developed motion systems that abstract the idea of countdown, rhythm, and temporal tension. The process intentionally reverses the traditional workflow. Instead of animating a predetermined mark, motion behavior—timing, acceleration, repetition—became the design logic. The logo emerges as a consequence of these rules, not as a fixed asset. Each concept proposes a different spatial and temporal interpretation of time, unified by a pace reminiscent of competitive timing—measured, responsive, and precise.
